A note from the founder

Hair Saloon & Cafe was created with Hospitality in mind. The concept reimagines the traditional salon visit as a premium hospitality experience, where the boundary between a high-end social club and a luxury grooming sanctuary disappears. Upon arrival, guests bypass the standard reception desk and check in at a sophisticated Cafe and Bar. This initial transition allows you to decompress immediately with a craft coffee, a curated bite, or a signature cocktail refreshment, setting a tone of indulgence before a single service begins.

The heart of the facility is a spacious salon and spa designed for total rejuvenation, offering everything from expert hair artistry and custom color to specialized facials, waxing, and lash services. What truly sets this destination apart is the "anywhere" service philosophy: the full hospitality menu follows you throughout the entire building. Whether you are at the styling station or in a treatment room, you can continue to enjoy your drinks and snacks, turning a standard appointment into a seamless, multi-sensory retreat.

By prioritizing comfort and atmosphere, we have created a space where guests never have to choose between self-care and social time. The environment is so inviting that partners and friends are encouraged to join, finding plenty of reasons to stay and enjoy the cafe or bar while they wait. From Our Founder

A love for hospitality

Danielle Settembre is the owner and founder behind this innovative salon and spa concept.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management Administration and trained at the L’Oréal Academy in Paris. Danielle has also worked alongside renowned French celebrity stylist Odile Gilbert.

Danielle is the founder of her own product line, Danyelli Laurette, as well as an online business coaching platform. She has been nominated for 30 Under 30 Wunderkinds and featured in Forbes magazine.

Her work has earned recognition throughout Westchester, including being named Best Hairstylist by Westchester Magazine. Her Salon & Spa was also named Best Salon in Westchester Magazine’s Best of Westchester 2026, continuing a five-year streak of Best of Westchester honors. Previous awards include Best Salon, Best Colorist, and Best Extension Expert.

Danielle has worked backstage with leading names in fashion during New York City and Paris Fashion Weeks, where she refined her signature precision cutting and color techniques on runway models. She built her clientele through years of experience in New York, including at Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa.

Beyond hair, Danielle has always had a passion for hospitality. Inspired by her family’s restaurant business, she thoughtfully blends food and beverage with a full-service salon experience.

CANCELLATIONS: We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Clients cancelling appointments within less than 24 hours will be charged 100% of their booked services. All “No Shows” will be charged 100% of their booked services.

LATE ARRIVALS: Clients who arrive late to their appointments may have their services adjusted to fit the remaining time. If this happens, the full cost of the service will still apply. All prices are subject to change based on the amount of hair & services rendered.
